In a place where other trees don’t grow and the altitude is above 2,000 metres, there, in a pure mountain enviroment, grows Pinus cembra. Many of these primordial trees have resisted harsh climatic conditions for centuries. Its pine cones are harvested only once every two years and, after that, this absolutely unique liqueur is made.
