Absinthe Metelka Verdoyante

A bitter greenish liquor with anise and fennel flavour with an extract of wormwood, coriander, and spicies and herbs distillate. The first one of three types of our absinthes represents a Verdoyante’s tradition and proven quality. After dilution with cold water, a milk turbidity appears and this phenomenom is called a louche effect. This is characteristic of the Absinthe with a large portion of anise silica.
